DAY 1 : To begin the pilgrim tourist circuit of Madhya Pradesh tourism.
Indore is the best place to launch it. It is the largest city of Madhya Pradesh state and termed as industrial capital of state. Indore is well connected with flights and trains and also offers world class accommodation options. As it is a pilgrimage tour, so avoid carrying leather items with you as many temples often restricts carrying such items. Similarly do photography where it is allowed and prefer wearing sandals over shoes as often you have to remove them before entering into temples. On arrival at Indore, drive to Ujjian.

DAY 2 : Begin your day with visit to Mahakaal Jyotirlinga temple.
It is the most popular temple in Ujjain and always populated with tourists and devotees. During festival times, it remain crowded with hindu devotees. Later we will visit other temples and ashrams like Gopal Mandir, Harsiddhi Mandir, Sandipani Ashram, Bade GaneshJi, Chousat Yogini etc. In addition to boating visit holy ghats of Kshipra river like Ramghat etc. Later in evening drive to next Jyotirlinga pilgrim place Omkareshwar. Overnight at hotel in Omkareshwar.
DAY 3 : On this day we will visit temples of Omkareshwar.
Here Mamaleshwar temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the 12 revered Jyotirlingas spread across India. Mamaleshwar temple is also referred as Amareshwar temple. It is on other side of river and can be reached by crossing river through Mamaleshwar Setu. After this, also visit Varhdheshwar temple which is another beautifully carved temple and piece of art. Other temples are Gouri Somnath temple, Annapurna temple, This place is located on bank of Narmada river and have many river-side temples and ghats like Abhay Ghat, Nagar Ghat etc. Later in evening, drive to Maheshwar which is west of Omkareshwar.

DAY 4 : In this day we will Visit Maheshwar town, located on the bank of Narmada river.
It is developed during Holkar dynasty, especially under rule of Rani Ahilyabai Holkar. It was capital of Holkar dynasty till year 1818. Here temples and Ahilya Fort are the prominent tourist attractions. In addition to this, you can also do boatride in Narmada river. Later in evening drive to Indore.

DAY 5 : In this day, as per time in hand, we will do Indore city tour.
Their are many tourist attractions in this city like temples, Rajwada Palace, Lal Bagh palace, Lalbagh Museum, Kishanpura Cenotaphs, Zoological park, Khajarana temple etc. Later we will proceed to airport / railway station for departure.
