ITINERARY
DAY 1 : Delhi.
Morning arrive at Delhi Railway Station/Airport, After traditional Welcome from our Japji Travel representative would assist you at airport /Railway station and transfer to hotel for hotel Check in with warm welcome tea +snacks in your rooms.After Fresh up visit Delhi the capital of India which bridge two different world, Old Delhi and New Delhi. Sightseeing includes Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Afternoon visit Qutub Minar built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate (War Memorial Arch ) Also drive past Connaught Place shopping centre. Over Night Stay at Hotel.
DAY 2 : Delhi-Chandigarh.
After breakfast proceed to Chandigarh , Arrive at Chandigarh Transfer to hotel and check in. After fresh- up in hotel visit to Sukhna Lake, Rose Garden, Chapad Chidi It’s a beautiful historical place in Sikh history.Built in the memory of battle Chapad Chidi. Baba Banda Singh Bahadur’s was victory over Sirhind. Baba Banda Singh Bahadur defeated the Mughal forces led by Wazir Khan, who murdered Guru’s sons.The battle was fought on the plains of Chapad Chidi on 12th May 1710.The Mughal forces were routed and the first time in Indian history, khalsa republic was established. DAY 3 : Chandigarh – Anandpur Sahib – Amritsar.
After breakfast proceed to Amritsar via Anandpur Sahib , visit En-route Historical Places likeQila Lohgarh (fort of steel), Qila Anandgarh (fort of bliss) Arrive at Anandpur Sahib Transfer to hotel and check in. Over Night stay at Hotel.
DAY 4 : Amritsar.
After Breakfast visit to Golden Temple (Sikh Temple), Jallianwala Bagh, Local Market for shopping and after lunch proceeds to Wagah Border, Back to hotel. Over Night stay at hotel.
DAY 5 : Amritsar – Kapurthala – Jalandhar.
After Breakfast proceed to Jalandhar via Kapurthala , visit En-route Historical Places like Jagatjit Palace is a remarkable building situated in Kapurthala in Punjab. It was the erstwhile palace of Maharaja Jagatjit Singh and was modelled after the Versailles Palace. Presently, the Jagatjit Palace is managed by the Defense Ministry and Kapurthala Sainik School functions, Transfer to Jalandhar hotel and check in. After fresh up drive to Nakodar visit Tomb of Haji Jamal is close to the tomb of Muhammed Momin. This tomb was raised over the mortal remains of Haji Jamal, a pupil of Ustad Muhammed Husseini, the Tambura player, towards the close of Emperor Shah Jahan’s regin. Over Night stay at hotel.
DAY 6 : Jalandhar – Patiala.
After Breakfast proceed to Patiala , check in at your Pre- booked hotel. After fresh up visit Bhadurgarh Fort 6 kms from Patiala, initially founded by Nawab Saif Khan in 1658. The present fort was built by Maharaja Karam Singh of Patiala in 1837. It has two circular ramparts and is surrounded by a moat and covers an area of 2100 sq meters, after visit Qila Mubarak Though historians have tried to trace the origin of Patiala (as far as the name is concerned) to Rig Vedic literature yet the town as it stands today was founded by Ala Singh with the construction of the Qila Mubarak in the year 1763. One gets the impression as if the city was designed and developed according to a plan akin to that of temple architecture. In the heart of the city was the seat of the king similar to the house of the deity and the residential areas of communities developed almost status-wise.
