DAY 1 : Arrival in Mumbai/Pune – Transfer to Ganpatipule.
Upon arrival in Mumbai/Pune, transfer to the Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra where the beautiful town of Ganpatipule is situated. A popular beach destination in the Konkan belt, this place is popular among beach lovers, peace seekers and holidaymakers. The beauty of this town is unmatched, courtesy its scenic beach located on the Arabian Sea.
On reaching Ganpatipule, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel and rest for some time. In the evening, spend your time leisurely by going for a stroll to the nearby areas.
Stay overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2 : Sightseeing in Ganpatipule.
Head to the revered Ganpatipule Ganesh Temple. Located at the foothill of a hill, this shrine is believed to be around 400 years old. An interesting thing about the architecture of this temple is that its faces the west instead of east, as is the case with other temples of the deity, across the country. Another important aspect of it is its Ganesh idol (swayambhu).
Later, visit the Ganpatipule beach to enjoy the cool breeze and relax. In the evening, retreat to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 3 : Transfer from Ganpatipule to Mumbai/Pune – Departure from Mumbai/Pune.
Complete the check-out formalities at the hotel. Thereafter,
proceed towards from Mumbai, to culminate this wonderful
journey.
